The SHOWERCUT™ creates a walk-in shower from your existing fiberglass or porcelain bathtub. SHOWERCUT™ installations are
custom-made for each tub.
The Process
We create a walk-through opening in the front of your tub. The opening is finished to match the color of your tub, with a seamless, water-tight construction. Next, we create a custom shower frame assembly complete with tempered glass.
Once installed, the bathtub will now be a walk in shower, since there is no door.
 During that time you can use your existing shower curtain to prevent water from splashing out. When the custom fabricated frame is ready, the technician returns to install the new shower door assembly. With the SHOWERCUT™, customers have the choice of a 24” right or left swinging door or a 42” sliding door. Customers choose the type of frame, (chrome or brass), and tempered glass (opaque or clear).
This product is NOT recommended for those seeking safer bathtub access. Rather, the SHOWERCUT™ will help modernize an outdated bathtub by turning it into a custom walk-in shower.
